afc14ec29d Remove non-Oracle Linux 9 support from salt states 
Simplifies salt states, map files, and modules to only support
Oracle Linux 9, removing all Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS/Rocky/AlmaLinux/RHEL
conditional branches.
