Shirofune-Security 8799bffbea docs: machine-translate WELA docs into 13 more languages

Add machine-translated content for Traditional Chinese (zh-TW), Korean, German,
Turkish, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR), Ukrainian, Hindi,
Indonesian, Burmese, Thai and Arabic. Japanese keeps its official translation.
Only prose is translated; code, commands, paths, links and anchors preserved.
Translated navigation labels added to mkdocs.yml for every language.

Builds clean with mkdocs --strict (15 languages).

การใช้งานคำสั่ง

audit-settings

คำสั่ง audit-settings จะตรวจสอบการตั้งค่านโยบายการตรวจสอบ (audit policy) ของ Windows event log และเปรียบเทียบกับการตั้งค่าที่แนะนำจาก Yamato Security, Microsoft(Sever/Client), และ Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) RuleCount แสดงจำนวน Sigma rules ที่สามารถตรวจจับเหตุการณ์ภายในหมวดหมู่นั้นได้

ตัวอย่างคำสั่ง `audit-settings`

ตรวจสอบด้วยการตั้งค่าที่แนะนำของ Yamato Security ซึ่งเป็นค่าเริ่มต้นและบันทึกผลลัพธ์เป็น CSV:

./WELA.ps1 audit-settings -Baseline YamatoSecurity

ตรวจสอบด้วยการตั้งค่าที่แนะนำของ Australian Signals Directorate และบันทึกผลลัพธ์เป็น CSV:
